WOW! April 2020 Telluride Real Estate Numbers

Wow! April 2020 Telluride Real Estate Numbers are in and the dollar volume in San Miguel County was up an astonishing 134% as compared to April 2019.

The town of Telluride led the way with over $30 million in sales.

This is the best start to a year since 2007, pre recession. Just great news as we start to consider the reopening of town and the resort. The dates are shifty, but we should start to get going my mid June. he Golf Course opens June 12th to members. The Gondola opens June 15th.

We do expect a slight slow down of numbers in May and Juen due to the 3 week early end to the ski season. But trust me, contracts are being signed, deals are still closing.

And the summer is going to be great. We will lose most festivals, but Telluride's natural beauty will shine through with the views, hiking, biking, paddle boarding, Main Street and the greatest town park in all of America (with all due respect t New York's Central Park)
