Wishing everyone the best in 2024 from Telluride, Colorado!  I sincerely hope that prosperity awaits every single person, and all of your dreams come true.

I even made sure to have my collard greens and black eyed peas to ensure that I have a fortunate 2024!  Robbie O'Dell at Oak BBQ makes the best set each and every January 1.

But for now?  Its back to work and back to a positive mindset.  I truly am excited for what 2024 will bring, not only in my role as the Mayor of Telluride, but also for selling real estate for LIV Sotheby's International Realty, and all good things personally, too.

Don't forget.  Pray for snow.  We need it.
