Why No Softball in Telluride Would Be Rough
Why no softball in Telluride would be rough. And it's not what you are thinking. Trust me, its a pretty good league for such a small town. And for me its still fun to hit and field the ball.
But the social aspect of the Adult Telluride Men's and Women's Softball Leagues is what reins supreme.

Its about seeing all of your friends, some maybe you have not seen since the last out of the season the year prior. Its about being able to hang out in one of America's great town parks. Its about the view. But most importantly, its the social scene. People actually watch games. People linger longer. Its the unofficial start of summer.
So please, lets hope we can figure this out. I want to hear the ping of the bat and the thud of the ball hitting into the palm of your glove.
But most importantly? I want to see my friends. Every single one of them.
So COVID? Beat it. We've got more important things to worry about.
