Why is Teddy in Jersey City Working?

Why did LIV Sotheby's International Realty Trusted Advisor Teddy Errico just spend a week in Jersey City, New Jersey.  To be a better real estate agent, that's why!  Prominent Properties Sotheby's International Realty, which handles most of the Sotheby's sales in Northern New Jersey, just hosted a big event for Agents to get together, to share ideas, learn about recent trends, and find Agents that can help clients all over the Country!

Hosted at the Hyatt Regency on the Hudson River, this Networking Event had Brokers from all over the Country and even a few international agents.  Right from the start, the events were a mixture of fun and business, starting with hitting Golf Balls with a large group at Chelsea Piers in Manhattan.

The conference session delved into a variety of topics, including Time Management, Zillow and even Lawrence Yun giving us his thoughts on the economy and how that will positively affect real estate sales in 2024.

There were panels for creating teams, led by Nikki Field and Michel Shenfeld, and social media, too.

We even had Dominique Dawes, an Olympic Gymnast and Gold Medalist speak about how success is a journey and not a destination.

Dinners and Lunch meetings were mixed in along with a few cocktails too.

But what I learned the most?  Sotheby's Brokers are truly the best in the business, and that I have so much to lean from my esteemed colleagues.  But as they say, mix yourself with the best, and you will soon become the best too.

What is the biggest surprise? The friendships that are created are truly deep and meaningful.  After so many events, from Austin to Vancouver, Las Vegas to Big Sky?  When you see these people over and over?  Its no longer about selling real estate.

So to my clients, existing and future?  You keep trusting in me?  And I will my best to get better and better.

But for now?  I need to get some sleep as I'm off to Park City, Utah on Wednesday for another Networking Event with all of the Sotheby's offices under the new Majestic Realty Brand.  And yes.  LIV is one of those.  Along with Summit (Park City and Salt Lake City) Sierra (Lake Tahoe) Las Vegas, Ventura, Group One (Boise) and more.
