The Little Blue Book- Winter Edition 2022-23

The Little Blue Book is back for the Winter 2022-23 Season.  What is the Little Blue Book, you might ask?  Its a powerhouse of Sotheby's International Realty Agents that specialize in Ski Resort Real Estate and Golf Course Real Estate.

So what does this Group do?  The Collective, as organized and developed by Vail Realtor Andie Ohde puts together a small and effective group that personally knows every member.  This allows not only for the promotion of properties and resorts, but also creates a referral network to assist you, the client. 

The client can ultimately trust the top-level brokers in this group to make sure they are getting the best representation possible in a market in which they may not have a personal relationship with an Agent.

Simply put, it's never a good idea to buy with an Agent that you don't know or doesn't come highly recommended.

And specifically, the Little Blue Book gives you a quick peek into some of the finest resorts in North America and a few select properties in this town.  It's a great resource!

I'm lucky enough to have the Telluride Ski Resort, Cornerstone Golf Club and the Slippery Rock River Ranch represented in this fine publication.  In addition, I am honestly humbled to be a part of such a compilation of Sotheby's Realty Brokers with such a high level of success.
