The Future Four Seasons Hotel in Mountain Village

Via the Wall Street Journal, the development team of the Telluride Mountain Village's new Four Seasons Hotel project, announced it is getting ready to break ground on the Telluride region's first five-star hotel.

The Local Real Estate Broker Team representing the developer, claims list pricing for the condo-hotel units will be in between $4 million and $40 million.

The location is incredible, at the base of the Gondola in the heart of the Town of Mountain Village, near the Lift 4/Village Express Ski Lift. Historic Telluride, is less than 15 minutes away, via the Gondola.

The price tag will be close to $1 Billion Dollars for the 52 guest room and 68 residence hotel development. Right on the heels of this Four Seasons Hotel, we expect a similar announcement from the Six Sense Group for another five-star hotel project just a few hundred yards away.

The developers, based in Florida, have opened up 4 other Four Seasons resorts.
