Once again, I am so proud to be featured in the 2024 edition of the Little Blue Book.  The brainchild of Andie Ohde, the Vail Real Estate powerhouse from Vail, Colorado and LIV Sotheby's International Realty, the Little Blue Book is a collection from fantastic agents from all the Western United States Ski Country, year round golf destinations, cities and feeder markets and more!

This is a great resource of over 40 like minded brokers that can assist in finding their client base the right fit of real estate land resorts, and know that they are being treated very well.

From the blue waters of Hawaii, to the tip of Long Island, we have you covered.  Including some of the best ski destinations, Telluride, Aspen, Big Sky, Park City, Lake Tahoe, and so much more!

In Telluride, we have the Telluride Ski Resort, boasting some of the best ski terrain at all ability levels, with some of the best scenery in North America.

As for golf?  Telluride features two wonderful private course, the resort style Telluride course, where you tee off with Mt Wilson views right from the Peaks Resort and Spa in Mountain Village, and the luxurious and renowned Cornerstone Club, designed by Greg Norman
