Real Estate sales in Telluride, Colorado for the month of May 2018 were up 14% over May 2017.  In fact it was the best May since 2007.  Wow!  

May 2018 Real Estate is Hot

This is great news as we head into the summer selling season.  The hottest segment was the town of Telluride, with over $22 million in sales in private homes and condominiums,  This same market segment in Mountain Village added over $11 million.  Overall $50 million of property changed hands,
