Telluride February Sales Stay Hot
Telluride February Sales Stay Hot. Is that a surprise in a real estate timeframe that has seen unprecedented sales over the past nine months? Well, yes, because inventory is down.
Specifically, February 2021 was up 75% in dollar volume as compared to February 2020. The same time frame comparison saw an increase of 40% in the number of sales.
The biggest February ever seen on record, was led by the town of Mountain Village with over $26 million in residential home sales and over $14 million in condominium sales.
The town of Telluride was sluggish, due to historically low inventory and high priced per square foot Listings.
This is the 9th straight month that the monthly sales volume has exceeded 5 year historical averages.
The demand for Telluride remains high.
