Telluride February Real Estate Numbers are strong.  Overall February saw a sixteen percent increase in dollar volume as compared to February 2018.  February 2019 also saw an increase in the number of transactions of three percent.

If you dive a little deeper, the news gets better.  In terms of dollar volume this was the best February since 2010.  In terms of the number of transactions, February 2019 tied February 2016 as the best February since 2006!  Wow.

And it keeps getting better!
