Telluride & Crested Butte.  Two great Colorado Ski towns that have kindred spirits.  This week I went up to Crested Butte to host an office meeting at Crested Butte Sotheby's International Realty. 

Their office at 401 Elk Avenue is right downtown, and I had the pleasure of meeting just about all of their agents, managing broker and support staff.  Cathy Benson and her whole crew could not have been nicer! 

Its always good to learn about a resort and their real estate market too.  Especially with Vail recently purchasing the resort! Our markets parallel each other and draw many of the same type of clientele.

I also had the chance to ski a few turns at Ski Crested Butte and spend a little spa time at Elevation, one of CB's best hotels.  They have very good early season snow conditions!
