Teddy's State of The Town Address

At the Telluride Town Council Meeting last week, Teddy Errico, the Mayor of the Town of Telluride, Colorado and your Trusted Advisor for Telluride-LIV Sotheby's International Realty, gave his awaited State of the Town Address.

So what was it?

Embrace Change.  Change is going to happen whether you like it or not.  So you might as well be positive and influence that change to make Telluride a better place to live.  

What else changed?  The quality and work effort being put in by the Town Staff.  We are fully staffed and putting in the hours with communication, affordable housing, infrastructure, outside government collaboration, and so much more.

Our goal is to change.  As much as we want it to be 1985 in Telluride again, and goof off all day, that is just not happening.  We need to strive to be better, and with that?  There must be change.

And change can be good.

But change is also not easy.  We need to be open to it, and make sure change is for progress and the better good of the citizens of Telluride, which will spill over into neighboring communities, tourists and second homeowners.
