Teddy Hammers Out a Few Telluride Closings

With the market still strong, the office of Teddy Errico at LIV Sotheby's International Realty, closed a few small deals in the town of Telluride, Mountain Village, and Hillside in the month of September.  Starting off the summer momentum, 201 Hillside Lane closed at just under $700,000.  The two bedroom/town bath home will be home to a new couple from Brooklyn.

Next up on the sales was a two bedroom two bath deluxe condominium at the Mountain Lodge off of Mountain Village Boulevard.  Representing the Sellers, this condo closed at just over $500,000.  In addition to the ski in/ski out location and solid rental income, the new Buyers will enjoy the great hotel amenities, like the on site restaurant, pool, front desk and in house management.

Last but not least, also representing Sellers for the hat trick,  Lulu City 5D was sold at  $930,000.  This could be one of the last three bedroom condominiums ever sold in the town of Telluride for under $1 million. Across the street from the San Miguel Valley Floor, Lift 7 of the Telluride Ski Resort, and the San Miguel River Trail.
