Teddy Errico is a 4th Quarter Producer. Well what does that mean?  And no, he's not like Tom Brady or LeBron James.  

What it means, is that Teddy sold a significant amount of Telluride Real Estate through LIV Sotheby's International Realty, based out of Denver.

Its the second quarter in a row for the award for Teddy.

The real winners?  They are the clients and colleagues that enable this level of success.

LIV Sotheby's International Realty operates twenty-three offices throughout Colorado, including, Telluride, Crested Butte,  Vail and Boulder, among many others towns and cities throughout the Rocky Mountain State.

In addition, LIV also part owns real estate companies in Salt Lake City, Lake Tahoe, Park City and Ventura California.
