September 2024 Real Estate Sales Are Up

The numbers are in for Telluride, Colorado Real Estate Sales for September 2024.  Teddy Errico, your Trusted Advisor with LIV Sotheby's International Realty is happy to report that we are up!

With over $106 million in sales for the month in San Miguel County, we were up 1% vs 2023.  Year to date?  We are still on track to be the third best year of Telluride Real Estate sales with over $790 million in sales.  The number of transactions are also up 2%.

Properties outside of Telluride and Mountain Village did well, with a 48% increase in dollar volume vs 2023.

But all three segments, Telluride, Mountain Village and the remainder San Miguel County were all pretty equal in the mid $30 million range each.
