September 2023 Telluride Real Estate Numbers

The Real Estate Numbers are in for September 2023.  Overall, it was a solid month of sales in San Miguel County, Colorado.  Per Trusted Advisor Teddy Errico, of LIV Sotheby's International Realty, it looked like this

Overall Number of Sales:  55.  That is off just 8% vs 2022.

Overall Dollar Volume:  $105 million.  That is off 15% vs 2023.

Despite the high mortgage rates and some uncertainty in the national economy and upcoming election, this is a strong month.  Despite being behind the covid fueled 2020, 2021, 2022, these numbers are over double what we were selling in 2019.

The town of Telluride showed its strength with an 40% increase in the number of sales in September and a 160% increase in dollar volume.
