September 2019 Real Estate Numbers for Telluride, Colorado are in.  The month was slower than expected with a total of $46 million in sales, off 30% from September 2018.

However the good news is that the number of transactions were actually up 6% exposing more new owners to the Telluride region.  More Buyers are taking advantage of the lower end, like Raw Land and Mesa Homes. 

Year to date San Miguel County (that's Telluride and Mountain Village's County) Real Estate sales are off 8% in dollar volume and up 4% in the number of sales.

Trust me, I think October 2019 will be a solid month as a few big closings are happening.
