Reason #312 why I love Telluride-Off Season

Reason #312 on why I love Telluride, Colorado.  The off-season.

Simply put, a Telluride off-season creates an opportunity to split town and not have to worry too much about work.

Why?  Because there are not a lot of people here, and so your potential Buyers are not in town, and you are not missing much.  And technology offers a way to work remotely and stay up to speed on the market and your clients.

Sadly, the off-seasons are not as off anymore and Telluride is still bustling.  You can't stop school.  You can't building.  And you can't stop progress.  So many people are forced to stay here through the off-season.

It was a great time to recharge and get back to some lousy surfing and beach time.  A return trip to Sayulita was in order this fall, along with shorter stops at the W in Punta Mita and Scottsdale.

Now?  I'm back in town.  And It's snowing.  The Telluride Ski Resort is gearing up for season and will open on Thanksgiving.

But I will admit.  I love coming back to Telluride, but it's always a little sad when vacation ends!
