Opening Day is Here- December 2

The Opening Day of the Telluride Ski Resort has been announced. We open THIS Saturday December 2nd. While terrain will be limited, its great news for all locals and visitors alike to get started on what will most certainly be a great ski season.

Plan on the following terrain to be open. A single run from the top of Lift 4 down to the base of Mountain Village. The Meadows under the Chondola and you can also ski from the Mountain Village Parking garage down to the Chondola.

Don't forget to stop and get a cocktail at Gorrono, too.

So? Get those rock skis and boards out and take some laps and start building upon those muscles in your legs so you can tackle Lift 9 and Gold Hill in a few weeks.

And? snow is forecasted for later in the week, so maybe we can get a few more runs open this weekend!
