Off Season
Well, its now off-season in Telluride and that means its time to clean out the files, tie up the loose ends from my Buyers and Listing Clients and give myself a chance to take a deep breath and relax a bit.
And still be Mayor!
The level of my workload hasn't slowed down too much, so thus far I have only taken two small trips to unwind, although the reality is that neither trip was unwinding. HA!
Why was that?
Well, trip one was to the Frozen Four (aka the College Hockey Championships) in St Paul, Minnesota because my alma mater Boston College was in it. Despite a semifinal win against Michigan, the boys from the University of Denver were too tough in the title tilt and played a perfect game in a 2-0 win for the bad guys. Well, DU is in my home state, so they can't be that bad! And a tip of the hat to DU, because they really played that well and were not going to be denied.
As for short trip number 2. I finally got a chance to visit the Sphere in Las Vegas to see Phish. I was lucky enough to be in a luxury suite with about a dozen Telluride folks, and the experience did not disappoint. If you love music, put the Sphere on your short list. The sound and visual experience is like no other. And I also squeezed in a round of golf, too.
Thanks for hearing me out on the first part of my off-season. I'm still working so please feel free to contact me for all of your Telluride and Mountain Village real estate needs.
