October Sales are Silly in Telluride

October Sales are silly in Telluride.  And silly is good.  October 2020 was the third month in a row in which the Telluride Region broke the monthly sales dollar volume.  This is all unprecedented.  October 2020 closed an astounding $194 million. 

That was an increase of 133%,

The number of sales in October was also very high at 133 sales. That is an 156% increase over 2019.

With 2 months of sales to go we have already surpassed the best year of all time, 2007.

What stood out the most was the Buyers are not scooping up land.  26 land sales in October is fantastic, and shows Buyers have the funds to spend the $700+ per square foot to build.

Now we just have to get to ski season.  We are only 2 weeks away!
