October 2018 Telluride Real Estate sales data is in.  Telluride had its best October since 2005 with $86 million in sales!  That is a 23 percent increase from October 2017!

The number of transactions were also up 6 percent.  What a great sign for the overall market of San Miguel County, Colorado as we get ready for upcoming ski season.

Homes and condos in The town of Telluride led the way with over $24 million in sales.  Mountain Village homes saw its best month of the year with over $17 million in sales.  That was more than double the previous best, June 2018!

Single family homes in San Miguel County also had its best month of sales in 2018 with over $13 million in sales!
