November Real Estate Sales in Telluride
The November Real Estate sales data for Telluride, Colorado is in. Your Trusted Advisor, Teddy Errico of LIV Sotheby's International Realty has crunched the numbers. So what happened?
Simply put? It wasn't a great month. Despite being flat with 33 sales, the dollar volume was off 19% as compared to November 2022.
The most noteworthy sales in November were a home in the exclusive Preserve subdivision at $17.4 million and two single family homes over $6 million in the town of Mountain Village. Thos three sales alone represent over 1/3 of the total dollar volume of sales.
Telluride still continues to battle low inventory and the high Mortgage Rates aren't helping either.
Year to Date, 2023 now drops behind 2020 in dollar volume and will be the lowest dollar volume year of the pandemic and post pandemic. But is your glass half full or half empty? 2023 will be the fourth best year on record.
