November real estate sales for Telluride.  Another good month as 2018 was the second best November since 2007!  Overall the number of transactions were up 13% as compared to 2017, yet the dollar volume was down slightly, just 6%.

The big winner?  Home sales in San Miguel County (not the towns of Telluride and Mountain Village) generated $10 million in sales.  That's over 25% of the total volume!

Year to date we are just 10% off the dollar volume of 2017's pace.  The number of transactions are still off 21%.

We are expecting a good winter season of sales and the snow conditions for Telluride right now are as good as they have been for this early in years!  So come on out and say hello!
