November 2020 is another great month for Telluride Real Estate sales.  November 2020 was up eighty-five percent as compared to November 2019 in dollar volume.  Highlighting the month as a $16.6 million dollar ranch sale along Last Dollar Road.

Other highlights of November 2020 include the sale of sixteen condominiums in Mountain Village at an average sales price of $4.5 million and eight private homes in Mountain Village.

Overall the November totals are $157 million in sales volume and 87 transactions. Year to date we are at $990 million and 711 transactions.  That is up ninety-nine percent in dollars and fifty four percent in the number of sales.

We will surpass $1 billion in sales for the first time ever.  Let that sink in.

It will be interesting to see how the reduced inventory and quick appreciation, along with COVID of course, affect the 2020-21 winter season?

But for now?  Its a good time to buy  and enjoy Telluride for all of its grandeur.  If you are selling?  The timing is even better.
