Networking in Durango with the fine Broker Associates and Staff of Legacy Properties West!

I had the wonderful opportunity to meet all of the Luxury Agents in Durango and to develop relationships over a breakfast meeting. What I have found is that as the clientele of Durango becomes more and more affluent, they are purchasing second homes in Telluride.

What better way to serve the client that develop a pipeline between our firms and know we are in good hands!

What I am also re-discovering is that Durango is still a pretty cool town. I need to visit it more often as its less than a two hour drive from Telluride. I got the chance to play golf at Dalton Ranch, see some live music, and go to a few great restaurants, like El Moro, Michels corner Crepes and the new and cool food truck scene at the 11th Street Station. And my drive back home over Red Mountain was spectacular!
