More Conceptuals for Telluride Lift 7 Development

The town of Telluride and Telluride Ski and Golf Company released a new wave of information on the progress of the re-development of the Lift 7/Carhenge area on July 9th.

Its a pretty simple concept.

First, the Telluride Ski and Golf Company would develop a 40-50 room boutique hotel surrounding the base of a new Lift 7.  There most likely would be a condominium sales component to offset costs.

Then the town would develop over 200 units of affordable housing units with commercial space underneath.  That base area is short of many things, like restaurants and a day lodge, so these will be a part of the plan.  Other possibilities include a coffee shop, childcare, professional office space and other retail use.

Enhanced drop off areas for skiing would be incorporated.

There is plenty of time to review and chime in.
