May Telluride Real Estate Numbers are in.  Unfortunately May 2019 is down. Dollar Volume down 50% as compared to 2018. Keep in mind that the May 2018 sales volume was the was best May since the pre-recession year of 2007.

Overall Year To Date we are down 16% in dollar volume and 9% in number of transactions.
