May 2024 Sales..... Pretty Good

May 2024 sales in Telluride, Mountain Village and San Miguel County resulted in the second best May month of Real Estate dollar volume ever with $110 million in sales.

Good thing LIV Sotheby's International Realty and Trusted Advisor Teddy Errico keep you in the loop.

So far, year to date the Telluride market is up 26% in dollar volume and pacing to be the third best Real Estate year ever.

What was the most noticeable sale?  A home on Polecat Lane transferred hands at $20 million dollars!  That is the highest single family sale within either the town of Telluride or Mountain Village ever.  And we also saw a sale on Hood Park, which was the third highest sale for the same market segment.

Wow.

Just wow.

But for now, summer is starting and Teddy is off to sample a few wines at the Telluride Food and Vine event.  Have a great weekend everyone
