May 2021 Real Estate Numbers Are Staggering

May 2021 Real Estate Numbers are staggering in Telluride Colorado!  Overall May 2021 was up 541% vs May 2020 in dollar volume and up 221% in the number of transactions.  It is just insane!

This was the biggest month in the history of Telluride Real Estate  with over $201 million in sales.  Yes, over $200 million in sales.  

Bolstered by two huge sales.  One was the Tom Cruise residence high above the Aldasoro Subdivision at over $39 million.  The other was a retreat on the east side of Trout Lake, surrounded by National Forest Land at almost $16 million.

With low inventories plaguing the historic town of Telluride, action seems to be hottest in Mountain Village and the more rural subdivisions of San Miguel County. 

Year to date, Telluride/San Miguel County is up an astonishing 170% in dollar volume and 108% in the number of transactions.  It could be a wild summer of real estate in Telluride!
