March Real Estate Sales Keep Rolling

March Real Estate sales keep rolling in Telluride. It was another crazy month as March 2021, outpaced the pre-Covid sales of March 2020 by an astronomical 121 percent in Dollar Volume and 153 percent in the number of transactions.

Quarter One of 2021 was the best first quarter on record in San Miguel County with over $287 million in sales. That's a 136 percent increase over the past 5 year average!

Let that sink in!

There were an astounding 70 vacant land sales as part of the activity totaling over $53 million. That's a big number for land sales in a Rocky Mountain winter.

Other highlights include 13 sales of Mountain Village homes totaling over $62 million and 42 sales of Mountain Village condominiums totaling over $57 million.

Buyers? You better hurry and jump in before all of the inventory is gone !
