March 2020 real estate numbers for Telluride, Colorado are in.  We had a good month as both the dollar volume and number of transactions were up three percent vs 2019.

Telluride condominiums had eight sales and a few vacant parcels that led to this slight increase.

So far the market is holding up OK, with very few contracts falling out.  Telluride is now in "off-season" mode so its very quiet.  We will see a decrease in May closings because we did lose the last half of March's selling season.
