March 2018 Real Estate Numbers Are Up!

March Real Estate Numbers Are Up.  As compared to 2018, March has increased its dollar volume by 16%.   

This has allowed the year to date (March 31) numbers to be up as well, by 4%.  With the increased dollars we are seeing a slightly lower transaction pace for March 2019 as that is off 12%.  The good news is that year to date we are flat as compared to last year, with 109 sales.

So get those summer plans in place for Telluride to sit by the pool and watch the 13,000 foot mountains come alive, play some golf or go for a hike.  Of course there are many festivals to enjoy, too!
