June 2024 Telluride Real Estate Numbers

Overall June was a solid month for San Miguel County Colorado, Dollar volume was mainly flat with 2023, and off just two percent in total. The number of transactions were off just six percent.

If you take the average of the last five years? We are up 15% in dollars

The big winner was the Telluride Market segment, which was up sixty-three percent in dollar volume as compared to June 2023.

With the summer selling season in full swing, certainly we will keep you posted on market activity.
