June 2020 Real Estate Sales are Out of Sight !

June 2020 Real Estate sales are out of sight in Telluride Colorado. The market is on a roll. How long will it last? Who knows? But for now?

Once again the numbers are good. Overall in San Miguel County the real estate dollar volume for June 2020 was up 26% over June 2019 with dollars at over $36 million. The number of sales for the same time period were also up 44%.

At the half way point of 2020 we are an astonishing 41% up in dollar volume and 12% up in the number of sales.

Wow.

So much for COVID.

Is there bad news? Yes, prices are going up and it feels like we have a little bit of a frenzy going on. So get in the game. Come look at your dream Telluride Property and make that move.
