June 2018 Telluride Real Estate numbers are in.  Telluride Real Estate is off the pace from 2017.  The Dollars sold is off 41%.  The Number of Transactions are off 39%.  This is mainly due to such a strong 2017.

But keep in mind that 2018 is on pace to be the second best sales year since 2008.  In addition, the lack of inventory for the town of Telluride has also hurt sales.

Telluride June 2018 Sales

What market segment performed the best?  Mountain Village came through with over $16 million in sales on 13 transactions.  Not too shabby.  Also keep in mind the Summer selling season has just started.  Telluride has never been more popular.
