July 2023 Telluride Real Estate Report
The July 2023 Real Estate figures are in for San Miguel County. It appears that the summer was off to a slow start with a drop of dollar volume at 35% and 45% in the number of transactions.
So what does that mean?
It means the pre pandemic pace continues.
Year to date, we are off 34% on dollar volume and 38% in the number of sales. But keep in mind that we are on track to be the third best year ever for Real Estate sales in the Telluride Region.
Want more good news? The average sales price in San Miguel County has risen by 6% for year-to-date 2023 at $1.97 million.
The Mountain Village remains the place to be for buying property, but a few recent contracts indicate that the town of Telluride may finally awake from its slumber. As for San Miguel County? The lack of inventory problems remain.
