July 2019 Sales Up 29% in Telluride

July 2019 sales up 29% in Telluride vs July 2018. Overall 30.4 million of Telluride Real Estate changed hands and was the best July since 2015.

The number of transactions were flat, meaning mostly luxurious properties were sold. Overall 2019 is not just 10% off the pace of the 2018 dollar volume and 8% off the number of transactions in 2018.

The average price per square foot of the 3 single family homes sold in historic Telluride eclipsed $1,000 per square foot!

Telluride continues to make up ground on 2018 and the summer season is in full swing. The weather is great and Telluride Jazz Festival starts on Thursday Night with Jazz on Main and the Top Chef/Taste of Telluride happening in Mountain Village.
