July 2018 Real Estate Numbers were off a little bit in Telluride, Colorado. Down 14% in total dollar volume. Down 27% in number of sales, as compared to 2017.

July 2018 Market Update

Year to date we are off 18% in dollar volume and 27% in number of sales.

Leading the way for July sales were 6 San Miguel County residences closing at a total of over $6 million.  That's the best month of 2018 for this segement

But I have seen great activity the last few weeks for big dollar contracts!
