January Real Estate Numbers still rolling! Overall the Telluride Real Estate Sales Numbers are staying strong in 2021.

Telluride was up 69% in dollar volume with over $81 million in sales and the number of transactions were up 49% with 64 sales as compared to January 2020. Truly incredible with the lowest inventories since in 25+ years.

The Mountain Village and remainder of San Miguel County were very strong. Sales dipped in the town of Telluride which was expected. There are just eight condominiums on the market and eleven homes in the quaint town.

So what to do?

If you are thinking of selling? Get your property on the market as we are in the heart of the winter selling season. If you are looking to purchase? Buy for the lifestyle Telluride provides. You could be setting a record in that home purchase, but as long as you are in it for long haul and enjoy Telluride? It will be very worthwhile.
