January Real Estate Numbers in Telluride
See what I did there. A little good ol' distraction in the form of Ellie the Silver Lab and a disk shot of the mountains towering over the Last Dollar Saloon.
But January 2025 Real Estate Sales were off in Telluride. Overall the dollar volume for San Miguel County were off 37% as compared to 2024. The number of sales were flat.
It is too early in the 2024-25 Telluride Ski Season to tell if this is a trend or a one-off. We won't know much until after Presidents Week and maybe even after Spring Break to get an idea where the market will be.
The sales were pretty evenly distributed throughout the region.
Despite a few high end sales, The Toggery Building on Main Street, A Centrum Penthouse in the Mountain Village core and A Diamondtooth Penthouse in Telluride's commercial core? Most sales were on the lower end.
