So much for Real Estate Sales in Telluride Colorado dropping because of low inventories.  January 2022 was another incredible month.  Somehow it eclipsed January 2021 with an 8% increase in dollar volume.  Over $88 million in properties changed hands!

This was the largest January ever seen.

The only bad news is prices are going up as evidenced by the reduction by 24% of the number of sales.

The biggest sale?  Jerry Seinfeld's home in the Raspberry Patch at over $14 million.

This is the 20th straight month in which the Telluride market that the total dollar volume has exceeded that of the prior 5 year average for the same time period.

Condominium sales led the pace with 16 units in the Mountain Village and Telluride selling.
