January 2020 Telluride Real Estate Sales Roll On.  Overall January 2020 was up an astounding 124 percent in dollar volume versus January 2019 and the Number of Transactions were up thirty nine percent.  

The first month of the year also stacks up very well versus the five year average, up 53 percent in Dollar Volume and 13 percent in Number of Sales. 

Over $28 million in sales were from Telluride Condominiums alone, led by Transfer Telluride, the most luxurious development ever seen in downtown Telluride.  Transfer Telluride sold four units, with the highest sale at $8.2 million!

Wow. 

Always tough to put it this way but its a great time to buy AND sell in Telluride. Its an avalanche of sales. (get it?)
