January 2019 Real Estate Numbers

The numbers are in for January 2019 Telluride Real Estate.  Unfortunately we were off the pace of 2018.  Overall we saw a decline of 28% in the dollar volume and 11% in the number of transactions as compared to 2018.

The most surprising aspect of January was that we saw just one home sell in the Town of Telluride and just one home in the town of Mountain Village.  

Nice sales of condominiums helped the month be respectable.

Looking for good news?  Well the skiing is fantastic and we are threatened this week by another winter storm warning.
