Holy smokes!  Telluride passes a billion dollars in real estate sales for 2020!   Let me say it again.  For the first time ever, Telluride real estate sales surpassed $1 BILLION DOLLARS for a calendar year.

The December numbers came in, and Telluride real estate, and specifically San Miguel County Real Estate was up in December Volume by sixty-six percent vs 2019.

Annual numbers were staggering.  Almost $1.2 Billion dollars changed hands.  

Remember.  We were only up THREE PERCENT (yes, sorry I'm yelling I'm excited) at the end of March. 

Its a torrid pace.  A great time to sell.  And a great time to Buy to become a member of the Telluride community for the long haul! 

Up and away we go.
