First Snow

Its October 30th and the first snow of the season has fallen in the town of Telluride today and actually stuck to the ground.  Temperatures did not climb out of the 20's.

There is something about a fresh coat of white on the mountains and the ground.  Especially the first time.  It starts to get you excited, like a little kid.

Much more snow fell up high on the Telluride Ski Resort.  If this keeps up, we will open on time, Thanksgiving Week, and the coverage will be good.
