Ellie the Silver Lab says "the first snow of the year always tastes the best!"

The Telluride region was blanketed with its first early season snow storm resulting in 10+ inches of snow in some areas.  Great news as we get ready for the upcoming ski season.

And that ski season gets underway exactly one month from today.  So get those flights booked, put snow tires on the Range Rover, drop off your skis and snowboard tuned to your favorite ski shop, find a place to stay and make a few local restaurant reservations.

This storm brought upon very cold temperatures which should also aid in snowmaking.

The snow has transformed Telluride into sheer beauty.

Most importantly? Pray for snow
