Already sold?  Yep.  The office of Teddy Errico and LIV Sotheby's International Realty sold this Auberge Residences at Element 52 condominium fast.  How fast?  Central Unit 101 was contracted in just two days after hitting the Telluride MLS.

It must have been sold at a low price in this real estate market and current economy?  Nope.  The closing price was over $2,400 per square foot and was at full asking price.

That type of price per square foot is rare, with just ten condominiums selling over that amount in our history.  Crazy!
