Denver Eater talks Telluride Restaurants. Some really good thoughts on where to eat. The biggest surprise was finding Cindy Bread and ranking it Number One.
I'll be honest, I'm not sure it deserves to be Number One, but they do a great job. The French bread is the best in town, but you have to buy it at the restaurant. Also try the French Dip, its great! When out in Lawson Hill, also grab a beer at Telluride Brewing Company. Remember You have to find it, as Lawson Hill is four miles west of the town past the Conoco Station on Society Drive,

Oh, and Siam is some of the best Mountain Thai you will find. The nipple platter is the best way to start your dinner. If the angel wings are on special, get that for your entrée!
