December Telluride Sales Are Insane- Best. Month. Ever.

December Telluride Real Estate sales are insane. Best. Month. Ever. For you old school New York folks? Like Crazy Eddie Insane. (not many of you will get that joke). It was the best month in San Miguel County History.

Overall December garnered $96.9 million is dollar volume. That was up 112% as compared to December 2018.

The number of sales was also up 81%.

Leading the charge was four luxurious sales at Transfer Telluride, including one penthouse at $7.725 million.

We also saw a large parcel at the Sound of Music Ranch, near Mt. Wilson, sell at $7.25 million.

Its a great time to be a Buyer and Seller of Telluride Real Estate.
